Brian C. LeGrow
Mr. LeGrow works closely with clients to resolve complex business, commercial, construction and real estate disputes. Mr. LeGrow has represented clients successfully to verdict on dozens of civil jury and bench trials in the Courts of Common Pleas within the Commonwealth and Federal District Courts. Mr. LeGrow has repeatedly represented clients with complex legal matters successfully before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, arbitration panels, district courts, and administrative agencies. Mr. LeGrow is a frequent lecturer on various real estate matters for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, National Business Institute, Delaware County Bar Association Real Estate Practices Committee and a quarterly lecture series to real estate brokers. His latest seminars include Litigating with Home Builders and Home Improvement Contractors; Litigating Failure to Disclose Cases; Defining Trespass and Adverse Possession; Defending Mortgage Foreclosures, Tax Sales, and Sheriff’s Sales, presented before the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section; a comprehensive evaluation of the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act, presented before the Delaware County Bar Association’s Real Estate Practices Committee; and a seminar on the Termination of Tenancy and Tenant Remedies and Defensesfor the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Mr. LeGrow has also conducted Fundamentals of Landlord-Tenant Law for Sterling Educational Services.
Mr LeGrow was recently voted 2017 Top Lawyer in Civil Litigation by Main Line Today magazine. Mr. LeGrow’s practice focuses on Business Litigation; Commercial Litigation; Real Estate; Civil Rights Section 1983; Property Law; Federal Civil Practice; and Landlord Tenant Law. Mr. LeGrow is also a member of the Pennsylvania bar; is admitted to the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Pennsylvania, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Delaware County Bar Associations (member of Real Estate and Trial Lawyer Committees). Mr. LeGrow received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Texas A & M University and his Juris Doctor from the Penn State – Dickinson School of Law.. While attending Penn State, Mr. LeGrow was selected by faculty to The Order of Barristers for Outstanding Litigation Skills; won the Public Interest Advocate Award; competed on the ATLA Trial Court Team; and served as a member of the Penn State Law Moot Court Board.
