Graduate of University of Dayton (double major), Magna Cum Laude, (B.A., 1973); legal education, Dickinson School of Law (J.D., 1976); Law Clerk to the Honorable Theodore O. Rogers, Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court (1976‐78). Admitted to bar, 1976, member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) and American Bar Association from 1976 to date; Chairman of the PBA Real Property, Probate and Trust Section (RPPT) (2003‐2004); Chairman of RPPT Sectionʹs Zoning and Land Use Committee since 1988); former member of the Board of Directors of Delaware County Bar Association and Chairman of its Real Estate Practices Committee since 1994; member of the American Bar Association; Course Planner and Lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on zoning, land development, environmental law, and taxes affecting real estate. Author of numerous articles and publications on real estate topics and selected by Philly Magazine as one of the “Top Lawyers” in 2007, 2008, and 2009.
