Vincent B. Mancini
Mr. Mancini graduated from the University of Dayton, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in 1973 and received his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law in 1976. He was a law clerk for Judge Theodore O. Rogers of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court from 1976 to 1978. Mr. Mancini is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association; former chairman of the PBA Real Property, Probate and Trust Section (2003-2004); Chairman of PBA’s Zoning and Land Use Committee; Member of the Board of Directors and President of the Delaware County Bar Association for 2018; Chairman of the Delaware County Bar Association Real Estate Practices Committee (since 1994); and Member of Advisory Committee on Real Estate Law for Pennsylvania Joint State Government Commission. He is a course planner/lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and a former PBA House Delegate for Zone 9. Mr. Mancini is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Williamson College of the Trades and a Member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Commonwealth Court Historical Society. In 2013, he received the Honorable Paul R. Sand President Award for his contribution to the practice of law in general and the Delaware County Bar Association in particular. Mr. Mancini has been honored with highest AV rating issued by Martindale Hubbell for over 17 years. Author of numerous articles and publications on real estate topics and selected on numerous occasions by Main Line Today magazine as one of the “Top Lawyers”, the last selection being made in 2017. He has over 38 years’ experience in representing multi-national, national and local business entities as well as the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Coatesville and the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Chester.
In the past year, Mr. Mancini has been a frequent lecturer for the PBI and the Delaware County Bar Association on issues of zoning and land use. He is also the Course Planner and one of the speakers for the PBI long-running seminar (i.e. since 1994) of “Local, State and Federal Taxes Affecting Real Estate Transactions”. Mr. Mancini’s practice is primarily in the area of Zoning and Land Use; General Real Estate Law; Municipal Law; Business and Commercial matters.
